After I place my order, when will I receive my finished resume and cover letter?
Your custom, keyword-enabled resume and cover letter will be sent to you via email within 2 - 3 business days. Other services, such as our personal website and job search business cards normally take longer. If you need faster turnaround on these services, you can use our priority service. Can you help me with my interview and job search?
Our experienced job search counselors are here to provide you with specific advice based on your unique circumstances. They will help prepare you for interviews with tips and recommendations that will reinforce your personal brand and help you make a strong "first impression".
How does RESUME VISIBILITY work to provide me with my job search package?
You’ll begin by having an initial consultation with a project counselor who will review your background and experience and who’ll create a strategic plan for your personal branding process. During that consultation, we’ll develop your career objectives and outline a plan to launch your job search. Once your project counselor is satisfied that we have all we need to develop your resume and other services you’ve decided on (to see a list of services click here) we’ll organize, prioritize and develop your custom package of materials.
What are your Quality Control Standards?
Unlike many other resume writing services, RESUME VISIBILITY has developed a rigorous quality assurance check for all materials we create. A senior-level certified professional resume writer is assigned to review and proofread all your documents before they are returned for your approval. If you have specific questions or concerns about any of the materials, you can contact us before you sign off on them.
What programs or formats does Resume Visibility use?
RESUME VISIBILITY will produce your resume and cover letter in Word and PDF formats, the two most universally-accepted document formats for uploads to job sites and email attachments.
Will I be able to pick individual services not included in a package?

How does your revision process work?
Resume Visibility will work with all clients to satisfy their career service needs and requirements. We offer free revisions up until your final approval of the service. Revisions are limited to the original instructions of the client and in no case shall revision requests amount to the significant overhaul of the resume (i.e. change of industry, from medical industry to marketing industry).
Who are the writers that will be handling my resume and cover letter?
RESUME VISIBILITY uses Certified Professional Resume Writers (CPRW accredited). In order to acquire this accreditation, our writers must pass a comprehensive test issued by the Professional Association of Resume Writers and Career Coaches.

You are provided with a customized service whereby our specialists apply their time and expertise to create your resume, cover letter and other materials so we do not issue refunds but will re-work your materials until you are satisfied with them.
How will you write/create my resume?
All finished resumes are customized and individually “keyword optimized” by your personal resume writer. All of your materials are quality-controlled and approved through our quality assurance process before they are sent to you.
Do you write government and/or federal resumes?
Yes, we write government and federal resumes, in addition to industry-specific resumes.

Your initial consultation is FREE. During your consultation we’ll inform you of how we’ll create your resume, cover letter and other job search tools and review how we can best package your experience and abilities for maximum visibility by talent acquisition professionals and hiring managers.

How do I make a payment?
